I. Policy Statement Overview
This document describes the Black Hospitality Initiative of Greater Miami (hereafter referred to as Black Hospitality Initiative) policy regarding personal information, ongoing communication, site security and overall site usage of http://blackhospitalitymiami.com/index.htm, also known as Black Hospitality Initiative.com. These provisions apply solely to online activities and are not necessarily applicable to practices Black Hospitality Initiative may engage in outside of blackhospitalitymiami.com. Use of this website signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of use set forth in this document. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not access or otherwise use this website.

II. Collection and Use of Personal Information
Information collected on blackhospitalitymiami.com is used to determine important statistical data for the Black Hospitality Initiative, its partners and members to determine the effectiveness of the content, programs and advertisements offered through our website.
The Black Hospitality Initiative, its partners and affiliates may collect personal contact and demographic information that the consumer willingly provides such as name, address, zip code and e-mail address with the intention of using this information for purposes of statistical reporting and targeted promotional campaigns. Contact information may be used to send promotional materials from the Black Hospitality Initiative and/or its partners and affiliates. A user may choose to remove themselves from our mailing list by following the “Unsubscribe” instructions stated on our promotional communications.

XI. Indemnification
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Black Hospitality Initiative, and all its officers, directors, owners, agents, employees, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the "Indemnified Parties") harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of any breach by you of the Agreement or the foregoing representations, warranties and covenants, including, without limitation, attorneys fees and costs.

XII. Modification of Terms and Conditions
Black Hospitality Initiative reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modifies, add or remove any portion of this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time. Notification of changes in the Agreement will be posted on the website. Black Hospitality Initiative may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time, including the availability of any website feature, database, or content. Black Hospitality Initiative may also impose limits on certain features and services or restrict your access to parts or the entire website without notice or liability. By using this website you agree to be bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit the page to determine the then current terms of use to which you are bound.
